What kind of files should I provide to customise the product with my logo?
To print a logo or design on a product you will need to send us a file in vector format, which, unlike other formats, always guarantees clear printing and high-quality results. Vector files are named .pdf, .eps,.cdr and .ai.
What is a vector file?
Vector files are graphic images that can be used in any size and without any loss of quality or increase in weight. This is why they are ideal for printing logos or illustrations. You can recognise vector files because they are named .pdf, .eps,.cdr and .ai. Company logos are usually created in vector format, since it is suitable for all uses. If you do not have a vector file, please contact our staff by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org for support.

The requirements to become an agent of brand MiBA are the following: long-standing and proven experience in consumer market, and an annual minimum turnover of 10 000pcs. How to ship the goods?
There are two methords to ship goods.
If customer has their own forwarder,we can send goods by customer's forwarder.
If customer don't have forwarder,we can quote the best shipping cost to our customer by our forwarder.
Our forwarder has been cooperate with us more than 7 years.It is very safe and guaranteed.
We support FOB term and EXW term.We can help to send goods to customer's forwarder's warehouse.

How long is the delivery time?
1.How long is the delivery time?
Immediate delivery for items with inventory. New production order: normally,3-5 days for making sample,around 10-25days for mass production after sample confirmed,depending on quantity and complexity of the order.
2.What about shipping time?
If by air,it usually takes 3-5 working days.If by sea,it usually takes 20-35 days after aboarded.
Prices and promotions
I noticed that the price lists this week are different from the ones provided last week, why is that?
The price of USB flash drives is reviewed and updated every week.Other products,like speaker,earphone,powerbank,normally is updated every month. In fact, the price varies according to the market price of the memory chip and IC. The market considers chips and IC to be a commodity, such as oil and precious metals and, as for other trade goods, prices fluctuate according to various factors. Except that,the currency exchange rate is not stable also. This is why we update the price of our flash drives weekly, update the price of the other products monthly and you may notice slight differences from one price list to another or from one quote to another.

I received the order but it is incomplete. What should I do?

I received the order but it is damaged. What should I do?
If you received a damaged goods,pls take pictures of all the carton
before doing anything on the cartons,especially pls DO NOT OPEN the
carton before you have taken the photos of the carton boxes.
Pls take picture of all sides of the cartons.
Then open the carton boxes to check if there is any damage on the
products,and take photos.
After that,pls contact our after sales sevice stuff for support.
I received the goods,but many individual box are damanged,what should I do?
Normally MiBA will put 3% spare parts for individul box,if some box damaged,customer can change it by themselves instead of re-order the boxes.
